FlashPup, a modern multi-shot bullpup air rifle at an excellent price! Available in calibers: 4.5 mm (.177 cal), 5.5 mm (.22 cal), 6.35 mm (.25 cal).
Bullpup - a firearm design mechanism known for shifting the magazine and breechblock behind the trigger mechanism. By using a stockless system, compact rifle dimensions were achieved while maintaining a normal barrel length ensuring excellent accuracy and the reduced recoil typical of this design.
Barrel - a precise rifled barrel from Hatsan Arms measuring 17.7" (450 mm) long, ending with an external thread ½" UNF for attaching a sound suppressor, recoil compensator or separator. A constriction at the muzzle called a choke improves accuracy. The quality of the barrel's workmanship is one of the most important elements of any firearm / air rifle. It affects the rifle's accuracy, especially when shooting at long distances.
Power supply - the carbine is equipped with a fixed compressed air reservoir with a capacity of 165 cc. A fully charged cartridge allows for 38 to 48 effective shots depending on the air rifle's caliber (data for the FAC* version). The built-in manometer allows for continuous monitoring of the pressure in the tank and thus its charge level. 100 bar is the minimum operating pressure in the cartridge, recommended by the manufacturer.
Important! Air forced (transferred) into the air rifle should be dry, which prevents the cartridge from corroding. Using an original HATSAN HAND PUMP equipped with a particulate filter (retaining moisture from the air sucked in from outside) and an additional desiccant cartridge (retaining residual moisture) extends the life (tightness) of the cartridges.
Stock - bullpup type with a pistol grip, made of beech wood. The grooving on the pistol grip ensures a secure grip even with wet hands. Height-adjustable cheekpiece with screws. Rubber ventilated buttplate absorbing energy after the shot.
Mounting rail - tactical version of the air rifle without aiming devices, with a double long mounting rail 11 mm / 22 mm, allows for mounting any optical sight. The rail complies with the MIL-STD 1913 standard (also known as picatinny or Weaver). An additional picatinny rail located on the underside of the carbine's stock.
Magazines - interchangeable, multi-shot Clip Magazine-P with a capacity of 10 to 14 pellets depending on the air rifle's caliber. Reloading is done using a lever located on the right side of the rifle. This cocks the "hammer", rotates the magazine, and inserts a new pellet into the barrel chamber. Two magazines are included in the set.
Additional equipment - Quick-Fill tip for quick refilling of air cartridges with a Hatsan Hand Pump or a technical / diving cylinder (300 bar). SSA insert (Single Shot Adapter), allowing the use of the pneumatic rifle as a single-shot air rifle.
The Flash Pup air rifle is equipped with a number of solutions improving comfort and safety of use:
-
Quattro Trigger, a 2-stage fully adjustable trigger mechanism. Adjustment of the length of the first stage (slack) and the second stage of the trigger blade (Trigger Load). Adjustment of the hardness (sensitivity / resistance) of the trigger blade (Trigger Pull). Allows for individual customization of the trigger characteristics to the user's requirements to ensure the best possible accuracy.
-
Anti-Knock System®, a patented system preventing compressed air loss in case of mechanical impact on the air rifle.
-
Manual safety protecting against an uncontrolled shot.
For each air rifle, the manufacturer includes a unique 17 J Energy Limit Certificate. The certificate is a document stating the product's compliance, and thus the air rifle's legality, with Polish regulations. Air rifles legally imported into the Polish market have the website address www.sharg.pl, the exclusive distributor of Sharg, engraved.
