AISI 420 (American Iron and Steel Institute) is a martensitic stainless steel rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, which offers high hardenability (in the range of 54-56 HRC) and strength, as well as excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content leads to the formation of chromium carbide compounds, providing wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools and knife blades.

Blade - Drop Point type covered with a glare-eliminating, black protective coating of the BT (Black Teflon) type. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high, hollow grind provides excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting efficiency. Washers support the smooth operation of the blade opening mechanism, which can be opened using Thumb Stud pins or a quick flipper tab (index-finger flipper). The whole is secured by a robust liner lock.

Handle - ABS scales in black, mounted to a steel skeleton. The left side is finished with an attractive metallic lacquer. The beveled edges of the scales eliminate sharp edges for comfort and a secure grip. A single-position (right) metal deep carry clip allows the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket in a tip-down position (blade tip facing down). In the rear part of the handle, there is a lanyard hole for attaching a safety or decorative lanyard.
